Fresh Pasta Workshop

In our Fresh Pasta Workshop you'll learn the fundamentals of making, shaping and cooking fresh pasta - and get to eat the delicious results! Our resident Italian pasta expert, Giulia, co-founder of the Trafficanti di Pasta school in northern Italy, will help you understand the myriad flours, shapes and techniques for producing delicious fresh pasta. You'll make a stuffed pasta, and a noodle, and sauces in which to enjoy them afterwards.
