Fermentation & Preservation Masterclass

In our Fermentation & Preservation Masterclass you'll learn the science which underpins the ancient art of lactofermentation, and the fundamentals skills and techniques for preserving your harvest for consumption later. You'll lactoferment seasonal produce from La Bruguera to take home and enjoy later, and depending on the time of year we might also look at the techniques of making kimchi (cabbage and chilli), pickling (e.g. cucumbers or radishes) or brining (e.g. olives).


per person (2 person minimum). Including "SCOBY" and starter - everything you need to brew your own Kombucha or Kefir at home.
