These days there is a growing necessity to feel closer to nature. With the world that we have been building growing madder and madder, this is no surprise!
But what does it really mean to be closer to nature? This is the question we will explore together on this weekend immersion at La Bruguera. Our tools for investigation are; our bodies, our breath, our environment and the relationships that run between each. An essential “aim” of the weekend will be to settle our nervous systems through movement and breath so that we can drop into a state of receptivity and awareness. With this heightened perception (perhaps), we take ourselves to the forest!
We will practice yoga, movement and breathwork, learn to identify wild edible and medicinal plants with Anaïs Ricart of Aromes al Bosc, bathe in the woods, learn about fermentation, eat lots delicious vegan food and cakes, sit round a bonfire and hopefully feel a little bit closer to the nature of your body and the beauty around you!
This event is run by Atty Dickinson, Noe Marcial and La Bruguera de Púbol, with foraging input and food from Aromes al Bosc.
