This retreat is designed with care and love to help you relax, regenerate, and prepare for the upcoming year. While nature lies dormant, you can find strength in rest and use this time to physically and emotionally prepare for the coming spring. Around the end of the year, it is very important to nourish and refresh our body, mind, and soul.
Join us in December on this magical inner journey, guided by the last full moon of the year. Balanced island’s Cold Moon Retreat will give you the right equilibrium between activity and rest, so both your body and mind will be able to release tension and stress. The combination of yoga, sound meditation, health coaching, nourishing, food, in a beautiful environment, surrounded by nature, will provide a unique experience during these few days.

Eva is a passionate yoga teacher and trainer with thousands of classes taught, both in private and group settings. Her specialties are Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, prenatal yoga, and Yoga Trapeze.

“Yoga has changed my life, helped me through some very difficult times in life, and taught me to see and appreciate my own strength and potential.
One of my purposes with teaching is to help others to discover their own strengths and capacity, on and off the mat.”

Nutrition, health and natural remedies became her passion, and she has always been sharing her knowledge with others, with the intention of helping them feel healthy and balanced.

I inherited the love for music from my family. Since my early childhood, I played musical instruments, and I was surrounded by musicians and music enthusiasts.
My deeper inner journey started about 12 years ago with hot yoga. Thanks to yoga, my body and soul started to heal, my mind could rest, and it became focused. I have always had a desire to make this world a tiny bit a better and more peaceful place by doing something meaningful and kind with the least compromise to my own soul.
