Five week cycling fitness plan
In order to make the most of your time in cycling paradise, we are able to offer you a bespoke 5 week training plan, written by our friendly former Olympic coach Dave Smith. Dave, a Girona resident, is able to help you gain ‘emergency fitness’ prior to your stay at La Bruguera. Your plan covers training and nutrition and clients have been amazed at how much form can be gained from just a few weeks of detailed one to one coaching.
