Taste a range of ours at the same time, too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fresh Pasta: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get floury in the kitchen learning how to make two types of pasta &#8211; one filled, one noodle, with Giulia, from Trafficanti di Pasta (when available).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Vegan Chorizo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> how to make this Spanish classic, at home, fully vegan!\u00a0 We&#8217;ll take you through the steps, hands-on in the kitchen, and then you can take your creation home, stuff your fresh pasta with it, or put it on a pizza here for dinner!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Introduction to Permaculture:<\/strong> Ever wondered what Permaculture is?\u00a0 This illustrated lecture will take you through this regenerative design system devised to help you design your home or homestead according to nature&#8217;s principles, by examining the ethics and design principles which underpin this regenerative design system.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Renewable-Energy home<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Curious about what you can achieve only using renewable energy in your house? In this session we will do an illustrated presentation and guided, hands-on tour, during which we will show you all the technology installed at La Bruguera, which allow us to run on 100% renewable energy: Solar PV panels, Solar Thermal Panels, Heat Pumps, a Biomass Boiler, Lithium Ion Batteries and an Inertia Tank, as well as a few other clever gadgets.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Natural Wine-tasting:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Learn about Natural Wines, and try some of the best Catalunya and the Languedoc \/ Catalogne du Nord region of France have to offer, guided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanaturalwine.com\/\">Rafa Camps of LaNatural.wine\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Catalan Wine-tasting:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Learn all about the wine regions of Catalonia, the tasting notes of the various varietals here, and of course, enjoy the wines live!
